What is atmospheric pressure filling machine?

Many drinks, like juice, milk drinks, and syrup in the secondary filling of soda water, which do not contain carbon dioxide are generally filled with atmospheric pressure filling machine.

Atmospheric pressure filling machine is mainly composed of filling system, bottle in and out mechanism, lifting bottle mechanism, working table, transmission system, etc. It is used for filling liquid without gas. This kind of filling machine is generally rotary type.

Under the action of the transmission system, the rotating shaft drives the rotary table and the quantitative cup to rotate together, and the liquid material flows into the quantitative cup through the pipe through the self weight. Under the action of cam, the bottle holder drives the bottle up. When the bottle mouth rises against the gland plate, the spring compresses, and the slide valve slides upward in the inner hole of the movable measuring cup. With the rotation of the rotating shaft, the fixed measuring cup has been turned away from the lower part of the feeding pipe and entered the filling position. When the slide valve rises to open the inlet hole, the liquid material will flow into the bottle, and the gas in the bottle will be discharged from the four small slots on the lower surface of the gland plate to complete the filling task of a bottle. With the rotation of the turntable, the quantitative cup gradually enters the lower part to complete the quantitative work. When it turns away from the quantitative position and enters the filling position, it starts to fill the bottle again and again, so it works continuously and repeatedly.
