Maintenance Skills of Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System

How to maintain the large-scale reverse osmosis water purification equipment? As a professional reverse osmosis water purification equipment manufacturer, let’s check this together!

  1. The feedwater quality should be strictly controlled to ensure that the system can be operated under the water quality conditions meeting the requirements of the feed water Because if the feed water quality does not meet the requirements, it easily causes the reverse osmosis membrane to be polluted and blocked, and seriously affecting the treated water quality.
  1. The total water inflow of reverse osmosissystem is controlled by RO water inlet regulating valve. If the water inflow does not change, do not adjust the RO water inlet regulating valve, and it is strictly forbidden to fully open or close it. The RO rejected water regulating valve is used to adjust the recovery rate of the system. If the recovery rate does not change, do not adjust the concentrated discharge regulating valve randomly, and it is absolutely forbidden to fully open or close it.
  1. The systemcan not be shut down for a long time. If it is ready to shut down for more than 72 hours, the chemical cleaning device should be filled with 1% sodium hydrogen sulfate and 18% glycerin to protect the components.
  1. The reverse osmosis systemshould be flushed for 10 minutes under the condition that the feed water pressure is less than 0.4MPa after each shutdown.
  1. The operating pressure should be controlled as low as possible on the premise of meeting the production capacityand water quality, which is conducive to reducing the water flux attenuation and replacement cycle of the membrane.
  1. The operator should record the operation parameters every hour to detect the use of pure water equipment and the quality of treated water. The main record contents should include:  pH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI, water temperatureof feed water. Conductivity, flow, pH value of treated water. Flow, pressure and inlet pressure of each section for rejected water.
  1. When a high and low pressure alarm occurs in the reverse osmosis system, first check whether the opening of the manual valve between the security filter and the high-pressure pump is too small, then check whether the RO water inlet control valve and rejected watervalve are normal. After that, press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the purified water production equipment.
  1. 8.According to the actual water consumption, the minimum temperature at which the critical pressure (the inlet pressure is lower than this value and the desalination rate drops significantly) can not meet the requirements of water production and water quality should be taken as the inlet water temperature in this period, so as to reduce the attenuation of membrane water volume.
